Originally we thought the companies were already doing a great job reaching out to the local Boulder and Denver community. Turns out, there are quite a few really talented folks that are local that want to participate. We will have a 'locals night' where local jobseekers will be invited to come and meet the companies. Go ahead and apply, we will follow up with you about the event.

This is indeed a great initiative! Bravo! I think this will set an example for other cities to follow. It is a win-win for everybody, except for .... Software Professional in Denver Metro! Have they been left out of this? One can infer: 1. Either they are not competent 2. Or they are content with their current jobs and thus not ready to try out something new. 3. Or there is a high demand-to-supply ratio in Denver metro area (which I find hard to believe) Which one is it? Is there a way folks in and around Boulder can participate and apply?
