Green Tech Meetup – the 2nd Thurs of each month
Not only is Boulder a hotbed of web tech startups, but green technology as well! Come listen to presentations by some of the areas newest ventures at the Green Tech Meetup on the 2nd Thursday of each month (except no event Dec 2008) at the Atlas Building on CU’s campus. The companies range in topic from energy to building materials to food products. They range in size from garage startup to profitable. The event is sponsored by a handful of local venture capitalists as well – so it’s a great place to get connected with the green community and meet the venture players.
